The goal in developing LearningCounts.org is to help solve a growing national problem by increasing the number of postsecondary credentials and degrees awarded in this country. With CAEL—a national leader in Prior Learning Assessment—spearheading this effort, LearningCounts.org will increase access to PLA opportunities on a national scale, while modeling exemplary practice in portfolio-based PLA.
